Who We're Looking For
Bartenders, servers, event coordinators, kitchen staff, and security with real hospitality experience in high-volume NYC environments. If you've worked a 300-cover Saturday at a Manhattan venue, you understand our pace of operation.
What to Expect
A real vetting process: background check, reference calls, in-person evaluation, and a paid trial shift. We don't take everyone who applies — we take the people our clients are comfortable seeing twice.
W-2 Employment
Every placement is W-2 employment under our payroll with workers' compensation coverage. You receive a W-2 at year-end. No gig platform ambiguity, no 1099 liability.
