Frequently asked questions
- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance for the best selection. We routinely accommodate 24 to 48 hour requests and book large events 3 to 4 weeks ahead during peak season.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations 72+ hours before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 48 to 72 hours out receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Reschedules are always welcome.
- How does payment work?
- When you confirm a booking we place an authorization hold on your card — you are not charged until staff are confirmed. Final payment is captured 24 hours before the event. Corporate accounts may be invoiced Net-30.
- Are your staff vetted and insured?
- Every staff member is background-checked, reference-verified, and works as a W-2 employee under our payroll. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation on every event.
- What areas do you serve?
- All five NYC boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, Miami and South Florida, and the broader Northeast on request.
- Can I book staff for a private home event?
- Yes. We staff private home parties with the same vetted, venue-trained professionals who work at NYC's top venues.
