These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EventStaffNYC platform and services. By using our platform or booking services through EventStaffNYC, you agree to these terms.
Booking and Payment
When you confirm a booking, an authorization hold is placed on your card. Final payment is captured 24 hours before the event. Cancellations 72+ hours before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 48–72 hours out receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Staff and Employment
All staff deployed through EventStaffNYC are W-2 employees under our payroll. We carry workers' compensation and general liability insurance on every event. You are not a co-employer of any staff member we deploy.
